-HOW TO ORDER BESPOKE-
To order a bespoke piece of furniture, please send an email to shota@sydfurniture.com to get the process started. Please provide in as much detail as possible the project you have in mind and we can start the dialogue.
The design process is a back and forth and could take several weeks depending on each project. I will then provide three different designs to fine tune the design. With feedback from the three different options, I will create a final design proposition.
Upon approval of the final design, I ask for 50% deposit up front to cover material costs and some labor. At that point, I can provide a few samples to make sure we get the wood and finish dialed in.
Because of the nature of the individuality of the bespoke process, changes after the approval process could result in changes to the price. For the same reason, returns and refunds are not possible.
Lead times depend on the scale of the project. The deposit locks your place in the production schedule.
-HOW TO ORDER READY MADE-
All ready made designs are customizable in wood selection, finish selection, and dimensions (within reason). Prices included on the website reflect a base price. Selection of these different options can result in different prices.
Lead times are typically 6-8 weeks but could differ depending on current production schedule. Full payment must be made up front.
